I use up to date Firefox 11.0

My problem is that when I am using internet my laptop, sometimes when I Google search something a page full of symbols that look like this: }isHgk\Ͷ4!r[3Fy,P4dUa%Zt8Ddfe=۳;gx❰'s㚥
    comes up

Id copy and paste the whole message but it goes on for the whole page.

It always happens when I try to watch a video on 4od but not if I try to watch videos on other websites like youtube. And I don't think anything provokes the error page it just happens at some point every couple of days and I can't use the internet for hours!

I don't think it is because I use Firefox because when I try to use Internet explorer it just doesn't work at all although it does when I use no add-ons...?

    I need my internet back!
    Thank you for helping :)
