When I start my laptop, in the taskbar from process tab, I found the disk is showing 100% and my laptop becomes slow. My antivirus sais it's OK. What's the problem?

Could be because of a slow or almost full hard drive, not enough RAM, wimpy or overloaded CPU, malware, bloatware, ... to name a few.

First of all, you should clean your hard drive. after cleaning the hard drive, you should run the system file cleaner ( sfc /scannow) command.
it will clean up your C:// driver and give you little fast speed as well.
