    Hi All.
The Favorite folder completely invisible in C:\Document and Settings\User Name.
Making a search reveal an empty Favorite folder in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.
Typing "%homepath%\favorites" gives this message " This file does not have a program associated with it for
performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel".

If I try to drag a back up Favorite folder in C:\Documents and Settings\User name, an other message saying
that there's already a Favorite folder and if I want to override it, if I click yes, the Favorite folder just disappear.
I don't know what's going on please help
    Windows xp
    IE 6

    Hi Wombat_38,

Start>My Computer, then pull-down Tools and select Folder Options.
Click on the View tab, and make sure that the following is checked:
    Show hidden files and folders
Then click on Apply button and Ok to exit the Folders Options window.
