where is the windows install guide?

I'm having trouble with some of the drivers and stuff while trying to install Windows on my new PC. In the "Guide to building your own PC" post it mentions at the bottom that there is an install guide in the Windows forum. I can only find a guide for a Windows reinstallation, not a first-time installation. Is there such a thing there? Could someone please direct it to me.

I realize this isn't a hardware question, but it has to do with a thread in this forum, so I apologize for technically not posting this in the correct forum.

You might want to post the EXACT errors you are getting so more advanced people can give you a hand.

I don't think a windows install guide will help you too much.

I guess if they are system-specific problems I'm running into, maybe it would be better to just start a thread over there.

I'm currently doing a fresh install, so if I run into the same problems I think I'll start a thread over there.

Just a quick rundown of what I should be doing:
Install Windows
Install drivers that came w/MB
Install Graphics Card Drivers

That sound right? I was getting a "RPC Server is Unavailable" when trying to install my graphics card drivers.

Yes, those steps you listed are correct.

Now, I am not too sure about the "RPC Server is Unavailable" error. You'll have to wait 'till someone more experienced replies to your thread.

Do you only get errors when you try and install your video card drivers?

Yeah. All other drivers installed fine. I started a new thread in the Windows forum
