I have been using Windows Defender on my computer but recently it automatically ran Windows Security Essentials and turned off Windows Defender. I read where Security Essentials was a better program because it fill in some gaps that existed in Windows Defender. How do I find Windows Security Essentials on my computer? There doesn't seem to be an icon and I don't see it in the control panel. I assume my computer will give me an alert if it isn't working but I would like to manually check it on occasion.
