    Hiya

What are the contents of your ICQ folder, in Windows Explorer?

Do you have any .dat files in there?

You may also want to take a look at this:

    http://www.encrsoft.com/products/icqaddress.html

It also says you may need the Message Archive plugin from here:

    http://www.icq.com/plugins/

This will create a txt file, of which you should be able to view all you want.

    Regards

I think it was to create the files in Text form for easy reading.

Now, you say you have some Dat files. That may contain the details.

What other files do you have in there?

For the Dat files, try this:

Highlight one of them. Then, whilst holding down the Shift key, rightclick and choose Open With...

Choose WordPad, and make sure the box Always open these With is Unchecked.

    What can you see?
