I have a network of 2 computers. The below specs basically apply to both. On my old PC there is an app that is critical to me. How can I access it through my new PC?

If both PCs are on the same network, you can easily setup Remote Desktop and run that application from the 2nd PC. You just have to enable 5 Remote Desktop firewall rules.

Thank you for that ansswer, lunarlander. I have found Remote Desktop, but 5 Remote Desktop firewall rules has defeated me. Can you tell me how to do this?

Go to Start > Administrative Tools > Windows Defender Advanced Security. Click on Outbound rules on the left. And then the rules will appear in the center. Check the Inbound Rules too, I don't remember.
