I'd like to use a backup program with win98se to do automated incremental backups...unattended. Has anyone had EXPERIENCE with one that has worked well?

The one in Win98 works just fine. You can use the scheduler to set up when it is run. Veritas for Win98, there are also some free ones out there but I am not sure of the links.

What are you backing up to? If you are considering a tape drive it will come with software. To back up to another HD Rockn’s suggestion to use the Win98 backup is solid. If you want to use CDR then Veritis Backup Exec or NTI Backup Now are the programs of choice.

I tried getting the scheduler to do the backup..but it doesn't work. Besides...it backs up the whole 250meg file each time instead of adding only new files to it.
