Which graphic card is best?

    My budget is Pak Rs. 30000/- ( USD 291.26). I want to build a PC. Please someone suggest me the specs of such a computer.
    Core i3 preferred. Your advice would be of great help for me. Thanks

    What are your intended uses for the PC? I assume you want it for gaming based on the thread title but worth checking.

    Is your budget of approx USD290 for the entire machine or just a graphics card?
