    They're different tools for different uses. Both have a place in your toolbox.

    Johnwill is right as usual, they are similar but different tools. UBCD is to be used without Windows or any operating system, UBCD4WIN is to be used with Windows, although it still includes some of same DOS based tools that UBCD has.
