which is better??

    Is PC5300 or PC4200 better?? whats the difference??

    i have two 1 gig dimms in my laptop. both are 333mhz

    The number of the RAM (of equal speed) is called the Maximum Theoretical Data Transfer Rate of the module, and is determined by multiplying the RAM speed by 8 (number of bits). Real world RAM bandwidth doesn't actually get there of course, but it gives you an idea of what to expect.

    Unless you are a high end gamer and have the processor and motherboard to really take advantage of the RAM, you probably won't notice much difference in the two.
