I am in the market for a new laptop. It will be used largely for internet, itunes, remote desktop into work. These two laptops are exactly the same price. Which would you recommend?

    HP G62-371dx--AMD turion II 2.4 gHz 3GB ram (DD3), 500GB harddrive

HP G63-367dx-- AMD Turion II 2.5gHz 4GB ram (DD3) 320 GB hard drive

Batteries, graphics card, layout, etc are all the same. Since we have only used 30GB of our current laptop in four years, I am leaning towards the higher RAM but wanted to get another opinion. Thanks in advance!

If you are going to run a 32 bit version of windows, then
the extra hard drive space would probably be more useful.
For a 64 bit version,it would be able to make use of the extra memory.
Overall though, there isn't going to be much difference in performance.
64 bit would get a bit better performance.

Thanks for the reply! It would be running a Windows 7 64-bit operating system.

You could always go with the first one for the larger hard drive
and add some ram later if needed.
    Ram is fairly cheap now.
But for what are are planning to do with it,you probably won't need it.
