    Hello.

I'm going to buy a replacement PCI Express 2.1 graphics card for my computer. I've been lurking on the internet, reading what people are saying, and I've concluded with my decision.

I'm going to buy a AMD Radeon HD 6670. Yet, I've come to the point in which I need help deciding which version to take. So, here's where I need the help.

Should I get the 1 GB DDR3 version with 1600 MHz of Effective Memory Clock (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102952) or the 1 GB GDDR5 version with 1000 MHz of Effective Memory Clock (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102958&Tpk=100326L)?
Do not mind about the price, I only wish to know which of those is better and why.

    Thank you very much,
    Miguel Guzman.

What are you planning to put it in? The computer in your specs is a laptop.

Keep in mind either one of those cards require a minimum of a 400 Watt power supply.

Thank you! Yet, I want to know, why is it better? Isn't the US$99.99 one better because it has GDDR5 type of memory?

You're right, but the computer that needs a new graphic card is a custom built PC. Here are the specs.

    Asus M5A88-M Micro-ATX Motherboard
    Radeon HD 5450
    AMD FX-4100 3.6 GHz
    8 GB RAM
    430W Power Supply
