The Radeon 9200 is exactly the same as the Radeon 9000, except that it adds AGP8X support. In practical terms, this has nearly zero effect on gaming performance.

The Radeon 9100 is exactly the same as the Radeon 8500(LE). It can do about twice as many textured pixels per second as the Radeon 9200/9000 can do. You can get a Radeon 9100 with 128MB of RAM, TV-out and DVI-out for $75 with free shipping from Newegg.

Please do not buy either the Radeon 9000/9200 or the GeForceFX 5200. You can probably find a Radeon 8500LE/9100 for the same price. This is a significantly better card. If you must spend less than $100, I suggest one of these three cards:

    $63 for Radeon 8500LE 64MB (with DVI):

    $75 for Radeon 9100 128MB (with DVI):
    http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.asp?description=14-102-264

    $85 for GeForce4Ti 4200 64MB (no DVI, no TV-out):

All three of these cards will run circles around the GeForceFX 5200 or the Radeon 9000/9200.

If your budget can stretch to about $120, the Radeon 9600 will provide much more satisfactory gaming for future titles (e.g.: Half-life 2).

    $122 for Radeon 9600 128MB:
