Which Video Player will most easily re-size to occupy only part of the screen and watch a variety of movies and videos?
I have a friend who wants to use his notebook to simultaneously watch a video, or movie in one window while at the same time being able to type (and read what he is typing in another window, ON the same screen. My question is which video player would be easiest to work with in setting the its window size while getting rid of all the edges of that window, so he can run a text editor in the other.

His Notebook is a HP Pavilion ze2000.
AMD Sempron 2800+ (1.6 GHz, 256KB L2 cache)
512MB DDR SDRAM
60GB 4200RPM HDD
Dual Layer DVD RW drive
ATI Radeon Xpress 200M video card with 128MB shared video memory
Internal Broadcom wireless b/g card
Windows XP Home
15" TFT XGA BrightView screen (1024 x 768 max resolution)
6-cell battery
Ports: 2 USB 2.0, 1 PCMCIA card slot, headphone, microphone, 56K modem, Ethernet LAN, S-Video out, VGA out.

And in a few days the RAM will be 1,250MB. Just a tad over a Gigabyte with XP Home.

Thanks for reading this and help.
