Hello (yet again)

I'm back with another problem, this time, it's with my browser. For some odd reason, the background of every single site I visit is white! And... I don't get why that happens. I think it could be because of a setting on my computer? Or.. something with the HTML stuff.. or something, hehe.. not good with programming languages.. anyways.. heres a picture of MSN and you will see what I mean.

See?? All white.. except for the clickable stuff and others.. Can anyone help?

In Internet Explorer if you click on Tools>Internet Options there is a button on the General tab labeled "Colors". Confirm that the "Use Windows Colors" check box is checked.

Check this setting.
Control Panel> Accessibility Options> Display tab> uncheck Use High Contrast then restart Firefox.
