My monitor stays white when the computer puts it in standby. Used to go black as it should. It is a Westinghouse LCM 22w2. I have a KVM switch and use it for two different CPUs. The problem exists when selected to the other computer also. Thought the KVM was causing the problem, so replaced it with no change in the white screen problem. I have to think that the monitor has somehow changed. As far as I know, there is no software for the monitor, just a driver, which MS installs. One of the computers is a 6 month old HP Pavillion p6110f with Windows 7. The other is a 5 year old Compaq with XP. Hope someone has a solution. Thanks so much.
