    Who is your wireless provider?
What is the make and modem of the cell phone?
Have you read the manual? What does it say on transferring music to it?
What music file formats are supported?
Does it have a removable memory card that can be used to transfer music?
Did you talk to your wireless provider about these questions? They may be able to walk you through this step by step.

it is basically like a Mp3/ipod. Just download it onto your phone like a normal mp3.Your phone probably has the same-Mp3/Mp4. Mp4 is the same as Mp3 but mp4 can play the video clip of the song.
