So I've been having this hacker problem for years now i don't know who or why it's happening

It's happened to my phone, computer, laptop, everything i own

What will happen is it'll ether take away my internet completely or cause certain websites and programs to not work like twitch, discord, steam, but things like YouTube, and other Google run websites to work

Malware bytes don't work completely deleting everything and doing factory resets won't work malware bytes when they were working they would say users mainly from Russia would be hacking me

Who do i ask for help??
Some people say if someone hacks your computer to make it functional differently to call the fbi but i don't want to go over board

Any and all advice would help

Probably at this point since you've been dealing with this for years it would be best to back up anything important to external media and reformat and reinstall all devices and change all passwords, PINs, etc. Beyond that, there's nothing much we can really do. It's best to take a hands-on approach.

How do you connect, by WiFi or Ethernet? Did you change the password on the router/modem as well?

You need to have a professional come to the house to secure everything.
