Did you install any new program recently, or try to change anything?

Did you right-click the link and click Save Link As..., or for IE users, Save Target As...?

    What error do you get?
When do you get the error, after right clicking, or after you click on the Save Link As (firefox) or Save Target As (Internet Explorer)?
Or when browsing to a location to save the file?

Ok, just saw the last, Thought it was XP as this is the XP forum. Not sure if that fix will work on Vista.
