Why when playing some games are there flashing squares that show up all over the sreen when playing some games.

Could this be caused by my video card.

    Please help?

And do some of my games work and some don't even though my computer meets the requirements of the games.

    System Specs are:

    AMD Athlon 4 1.15 GHz
    Windows XP pro
Power VR Kyro 64 MB video card AGP
    512 MB RAM
    DirectX 8.0
16.3 GB free out of a 40 GB hard drive
    CD 32X max read
    DVD RW 12x max read

    it could be:-
    Kyro drivers need updating
    DirectX needs updating, to DX9.0b
WindowsXP needs reinstalling due to corrupt files

I would say its definatly the card. If im not mistaken thats a really really old card, and sometimes older cards have those black squares. You can buy an ATI Radeon 9200 for less than $100, and thats a much better card; also newer. ;) (y) (y)
