Every time I restart (or log in to) my computer, the Found New Hardware Wizard pops up and prompts me to install software for my new hardware. WHAT new hardware? The only peripheral I added recently was a colorimeter for monitor calibration, and that seems to be working fine. Is there a way to figure out what hardware it's having a problem with? My device manager has a yellow exclamation mark next to "unknown device." Hmmm.

Thanks, but the program didn't work. I got an "abnormal program termination" message. Anyone else have suggestions? I uninstalled the device (whatever it is) and restarted, but I STILL get the Found New Hardware Wizard.

What he said, pull it and see if the problem stops.
