Why does some Flash programs Look Crappy

    I'm wondering if someone could help me figure out why Flash files look crappy on my computer.

    It's only some though. Some look decent while others look so "Blocky" and pixalated that it borders on unwatchable.

    Videos converted to .SWF being the worse, of course. But SWF games can get pretty terrible too.

    I guess I want to know if it's my computer, my Graphics card, my Monitor, my display settings, or whatever.

    Because, at one time, I never had this problem until last year when my computer crashed and when I reinstalled everything, Flash went to hell. I had a horrible time get Flash to reinstall, or even the right version for that matter. I had a SWF Player that I use to use prior to the Crash but I haven't been able to reinstall that since (actually, I can install it but it won't play anything.)
