When I bring up Windows Task Manager to see what is running {which I do on a constent basis} I see that rundll32.exe is constently running not once but twice. I tried everything from running Spybot, ad-aware to running my virus scanner and still nothing. I went on PC-Pitstop and it showed it running but had no information on it. Can anyone tell me why this is running all the time, which I know it shouldn't be. Thanks in adavance.

It is perfectly normal for that program to be running multiple times. It is a Microsoft program that runs a DLL as an application.

RUNDLL32 is the Microsoft Windows program that loads DLLs into memory so that they can be used by specific programs or by Windows. It depends on which programs you have running at a given time. This program will run automatically as needed. It is not a virus or trojan issue.
