why my harddisk hitting

    hi,
    am using HP dv2500 notebook,it has vista home premium OS , but i formatted with vista business . The problem is my hard disk is hitting , why and how to resolve it. and any problem if counties using.

    Do you mean your hard drive is making a tick tick sound ? ( what do you mean by 'hitting' ?) If you hard drive is making a ticking sound, then you should look into getting a new hard drive.

    sorry guys , i wrote wrong and my problem is my hard disk is heating (not hitting )
