Ok, I have a very strange network I am trying to set up.
I think I better draw it...
The router is wireless.
[KEY]
(i) : antenas.
| : cat5 cables
= : wireless connection.
+ :serial cable
[DSL Modem]
| (about 15 feet)
[(i)Router(i)]==========================[(i)PC2]
| |
[PC1]======[Printer] [PC3]
PC1 is a computer that I have little access to (I don't own it), PC2 is my main computer, and PC3 I plan to run mainly as a test/online chat computer.
PC1 will need print sharing
PC1 will need a way to remotly boot from PC2, as well as remotly shut down from PC2.
also, PC2 and PC3 will be on thier own private network.
PC2 and PC3 will need to share files between each other, but not to PC1.
How the heck do I make this all work?
