    Hi

Have you got permission to use the wifi from the nearby hotel? You may be better off speaking direct to the hotel manager, as it sounds like you're trying to access wifi for free.

    Thanks

Thanks eddy for your reply... It network in question is a public network and I work in this Place. we connect through our devices when close to the hotel but our staff apartment is about 300-400meters from the hotel. We receive the signal but very weak that’s why the thought of antenna came into place to receive and boost the network to everyone can use. The signal is good and connected to the network, but can’t access the internet due to settings or so. This I need help with. Can you help with this settings?

    Thanks

    David

Additionally, I have the permission to access the network because we were given the login details on start of our work there which is the same to everyone.

    Thanks

I've found the manual for the Tenda 03 V2:

    https://www.tendacn.com/en/product/download/o3.html

    and the direct link is:

    https://www.tendacn.com/en/download/detail-3303.html

Looking in there, section 6 is about the network, which I'm assuming you can access already. Sections 2 and 3 are for actual setup of the device. Have a look there and see if all is correct etc.

Pages 43 and 62 seem to be regarding the internet, and the MAC address part is also on page 78.

Just out of curiosity, can you access the internet when your same device is in the actual hotel?

Thanks for the information. I have done everything I could but still not internet. I noticed i could even see others ip in the same network through DHCP and my pc too but can’t access the internet. Would you like to fix a time we can connect through anydesk.com to remotely see what am getting wrong? Thanks

Try changing your DNS servers ip's. You can try 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 which belong to Google.

Thanks a lot all, I was able to fix using angryip to get unused up on the network. Then I turned off the DHCP mode which will then allow the antenna to automatically assign ip’s from the host network to all devices. With a little setup on my router I was able to share the network to my colleagues. A million thanks to you all for you support
