Over the past week every 10-20 minutes my internet will randomly cut out for so apparent reason, this ONLY happens on my computer though. When i'm in games such as CS: GO or R6: Siege it will cut out for roughly 10-20 seconds and will boot me out of the server and then my internet will come back as if nothing ever happened, please somebody help!

Do you see any issues with the networking on your computer, i.e. the network icon changing?

I haven't noticed but on apps like Discord, it shows that my connection has been lost

so a couple of things you can do:

Run a continuous ping in the background to confirm that you are losing connectivity by opening a Command Prompt and type ping -t yahoo.com and press enter. It will show reply lines:
    Reply from 98.137.246.7: bytes=32 time=43ms TTL=45
    Reply from 98.137.246.7: bytes=32 time=43ms TTL=45

Once you lose connectivity, check the Command Prompt and see if you start to get Request time out. If you do, then you have lost complete connectivity.

I tested it as you said on the command prompt and the connection timed out a total of 5 times in approximately 10 mins

P.S. - If that is your IP in your example, I recommend removing it just in case, you never know who's watching

    I'm not worried... plus that's yahoo's IP :D

Can you post the PING here from when it happens? I'm curious to see the time value
