Hi...I just bought a wii system and I am trying to hook it up to my wireless network.
It wants my password or key and I can't find the paper I wrote it on anywhere. Is there a way
to retrieve it from my computer?

No. You'll have to reset it.

You have to do a factory reset of the router, usually by pressing the reset key with power on for 15 seconds or more. Then you'll have to reconfigure anything you had setup in the router.

If you told us the make/model of the router, we could be more help.

Did you try the reset I described? It should work for that router.

If you only forgot the encryption key, just log into the router and change it to something else. You only need to reset the router if you forgot the router's password and the encryption key.
