Ok i've been reading up on the problems regarding wildtangent, so I d/l Ad-aware SE ( I also have spbot and spysweeper) and updated definitions and such. It scanned my files and I deleted as it asked me to. It said it got rid of wild tangent but...

When I start up my computer i get an error saying Windows cannot find 'C:WINDOWS\ System32\ winz32.exe

Then after the above error I receive
    RUNDLL
    Error loading C:\ Program Files\ Wild Tangent\ Apps\ CDA\ CdaEngine0400.dll

So to fix the tangent one i was adivsed to go tun "run" then type in "REGEDIT", when i do so, it brings up the window but then imediately crashes into my desktop.
So I decide to reach it through windows explorer, when I do that I receive an error saying (this error will also happen trying to open any type of folder, but i am still able to use programs...)
The instruction at "0x02a7d065" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "Written"

It gives me the options to terminate or to cancle for "debugg"
when i click cancle it brings up and error regarding...

    Dr. Watson Postmortem Debugger
"" "" "" has encountered a problem and need to close. We are sorry for the incovenience.

I've been tring to d/l HiJackThis to get and error log but when i try to open it to run i get the Explorer.EXE- Application Error (I mentioned above)

I would greatly appreciate any help that may come my way from you wise computer elites..

You've got an excessive startup load in that computer that needs to be trimmed down of unnecessary running processes. :(

    ---------------------------------------------------------------

You've got some "nasties" in your computer that need to be dealt with:

    about:blank

    res:html#37049

    This site will help you.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------

Run another scan with HijackThis and fix the following:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

    O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {120E090D-9136-4b78-8258-F0B44B4BD2AC} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\maxspeed.exe (file missing)

    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: MaxSpeed - {120E090D-9136-4b78-8258-F0B44B4BD2AC} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\maxspeed.exe (file missing)

    O9 - Extra button: AOL Toolbar - {4982D40A-C53B-4615-B15B-B5B5E98D167C} - (no file)

    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: AOL Toolbar - {4982D40A-C53B-4615-B15B-B5B5E98D167C} - (no file)

Someone more knowledgeable than me will need to jump in and help you with the rest of the log.
