QUESTIONS: Will my motherboard handle Windows Media Center 2005 OS?

I've been very pleased with the performance of my systems mother board - a MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD MS-7142 (See sys specs below)

Here is an article from 2005 when Media Center Edition 2005 first came out. Should give you an idea of what to look for.
