Will Proccessor Fit On Motherboard???

    I see no reason it won't.

    Both are socket 478, the motherboard specs on Asus.com don't have any limits on what CPUs it can take as far as a max clockspeed go.

    One consideration, the board supports HT, if you can find another CPU with HT for about the same price, might be worth it.

    Also, what CPU do you have now?
    Are you sure you need to upgrade the CPU, not something else for whatever performance gains you are looking for?
