Home network was previously all WIN 7. One PC was upgraded to WIN 10 and now I cannot access between the two. I would "assume" it is a permissions thing but cannot seem to find it.

The WIN 7 PC cannot access the WIN 10 PC and the reverse is also true.

The WIN 10 PC cannot see the WIN 7 PC.

    Guidance if you please??!!

    Is Network Discovery turned on?

Did you enable file and printer sharing?

Don't know what happened but it "fixed itself". It sure wasn't anything I did and my wife can't hardly turn one on!
