Win 7 32 bit with ssd vs win 7 64 bits with hdd

    Which wins?Want an answer for both a 5400 rpm and 7200 rpm hdd.Assume all other specs are the same:RAM 4gb HDD/SSD 550gb etc.

    An SSD will always boot faster then a mechanical HDD, even VelociRaptors.

    For specific times check youtube, there's a million and one videos of comparisons.

    Wins what??? If you are asking about speed, no mech hard drive comes even close to a second or third generation ssd. The only mech hard drive that comes close is a 15000rpm scsi type drive and even that is slower.

    I have two ocz vertex ssd drives in raid0. Disk speeds is approx 480mps and it boot windows in 10 seconds or so after post.
