All my Win 7 documents renamed themselves so that they now have the same name. How do I get the original names back? I tried a system restore but it didn't work...thanks

Post a screen shot of this listing of file names?

What were you doing when this happened?

I was about to open a file in my document library when I realized the files all had the same name. Nothing else was open at the time. I tried using Alt-PrtScn to take a screen shot but it won't work (nothing shows when I right click and then click paste)....

See TSG Posting a Screenshot. FWIW to take screen shots with Windows 8 or 7 or Vista I prefer to use the built-in Snipping Tool.
