Win 7 not booting

It has this strange black screen with a blue icon in the top left corner, I can only boot in to bios besides that. I used it a couple minutes ago I had to unplug it to vaccum underneath. Please help.

Check that the hard drive with Windows on it is first in the boot device order, if not make it so, then save and exit the bios. When it restarts go back into the bios and make sure it is still first. If it is and it now boots to windows you're fine, if not let us know.

Floppy Group was selected first, I changed it to hard drive group in the bios but idk what windows is on

You're welcome.

This could happen again if you disconnect the main power, usually a small Cmos battery on the motherboard keeps the bios settings intact but they do lose their charge after about 5 years.
You can replace the battery if you are ok with opening the case or just bear this in mind next time you vacuum. ;)
