The thing just dissapears off the screen and leaves you with the desktop?
While after a lock up and control alt delete i get this

2. normal startup

When do you get these error messages?

Does this happen when you access the CD in Windows or when you try to boot through the CD?

If you're trying to install NAV 2002, copy the contents of the CD to C:\Windows\Temp folder, run the installation from that folder.

So does this happen only with the NAV 2002 CD?

No dont type anything. I want you to copy, not install...copy the contents of the CD to C:\Windows\Temp folder and run the setup(installation file) from that folder.

Go to My Computer, right click on the CDROM Drive Letter, select Open, select all the folders/file, copy them and paste the same in the C:\Windows\Temp folder.

Does this happen with other CDs too or just the Norton CDs?
