I have been trying to install flash on my computer and cannot get it to work because I keep getting an error message that says winhttp.dll was not found on this computer,it further says reinstalling this software may fix this problem.I've tried to find this dll file on the internet and each one I've tried to download does not work or fails to complete and stay on the computer. Can you advise? Thanks

Go to Control Panel > "Add or Remove Programs" > Windows Live Messenger > Click Change and then Repair.

You might want to try re-downloading it and reinstalling it.

Try installing Flash in Safe Mode.

However, the Windows Installer service will not start in Safe Mode. You'll need to first run SafeMSI.

Run SafeMSI while in Safe Mode and install Flash.

Are you still getting the same error message even in Safe Mode?
