Can Windows ME, 98 or 95 utilize a dual processor system efficiently? Can this OS utilize all interrupts? If not, which OS's can and which can't. Any rec's?

You need a NT based O/S to utilise more than one CPU or HyperThreading - ie. NT, 2000, XP. I believe Win 9X just ignores the other CPU's.
