external drive has NTB file in windows xp. Trying to open info in exteranl hard drive in new PC windows 7 and it won't read NTB files or says it can't read win 32 files.

File is NTF not NTM and windows 7 does not read win 32.

I think that's a Nokia backup file, so you'll need the Nokia backup program that created it.
