Win XP scheduled tasks: Do they run in the background with all users?

    Just want to check.

    If the administrator has set his password as required in the Scheduled Tasks Wizard, will the scheduled tasks still run in the background REGARDLESS of who is logged on... i.e. if an ordinary user is logged on at the time the sceduled task kicks in?
