I have a friend running Win2k on his LAN but after he installed service pack 3 (without rollback option - fool) the LAN network connection always starts up in disabled mode. If you manually right click on connection and enable, all is fine but as soon as it's restarted, it defaults back to a disabled startup. Checked services for any disabled/manual starts but none are apparant.

    Any ideas???

Uninstall all the network components, reboot and let them install again.
