I have a Dell Dimension 8400, 150Gb HDD, 1Gb RAM, running XP Home.
When I try to open up JPEG files I get the following error:
"....jpg is not a valid Win32 application"
I am not sure what this means or how to fix it.Can anyone help?

What are you trying to open the picture with?

    Try this
    Open Control Panel
    Tools/ folder options
    file types
    scroll to JPEG
click and see what it is set to open with
if it is not set to open with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
click on Change and choose that option
If you dont see it in the list click on Browse to find it

    Hopefully this is the problem
