Hello. First post. I am having a problem that just started cropping up on my Dell Inspirion notebook. XP edition. After I boot the system shortly thereafter I receive two error messages #1 : The instruction at "0x745f2780" referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be "read".
click on to terminate the program.
click on to debug the program.

Regardless of which one tab you hit, up comes another error message that reads: Generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem and will shut down.

Now after that the problems begin like no sound or connect to AOL but cannot access NO websites.Slow running programs, etc. How did this happen and how can I repair this problem that will not go away. What could possibly have caused this so I won't do whatever it is that I may of done. Thank you for any help.
