win98 se is all screwed up

    ok i have two PCs one is a winME the other is a win98 se. they used to be networked together before i upgraded to win98 se(from win98) now that i have the newer windows i want them networked together but win98 se can't find a file called "msnpd32.dll".ok, so where can i get this file, cause i can't find it on the win98 se disc? will it work if i transfer the file from my winME machine to the 98 via diskette? please help!
