When streaming a radio program from a server using Winamp, it has to buffer every 50 seconds. Is this a connection problem cause I'm on a very bad 3rd world ISP down in Central America.
What's strange is it's every "50" seconds. Thanks!

yes it buffers enough when it first connects
to enable a seamless connection but if the ammount of data being sent is smaller then there is a need to rebuffer to stop any data loss
