I installed both adaware and spyblocker, now when I run Norton's Windoctor it says there is a problem it can't fix. Says the file msipcsv.exe is missing it's ipcclient.dll.

What is this prog.? Do I need it? How can I safely delete the prog.? What is going on?

These are Aureate/Radiate files, and they're spyware.

A program like Ad-Aware will remove Aureate, among other things, and if it hasn't, the program was probably running at the time, and Ad-Aware was unable to remove everything.

It would be useful to see your startups:

Go to Start/run, and type Msinfo32, followed by OK.
Go to Software Environment/Startup Programs.
Now click Edit/'Select all', and then 'copy'
Paste the contents in your post.

I had to ask...

There's far too much unneccessary stuff there, some of it known to cause conflicts.

I'll have a look at it, and I'll post back.

Let's remove all unnecessary and harmful stuff from startup.

Go to Start/run, and type msconfig.
On the Startup tab, uncheck EVERYTHING, EXCEPT for the following items

CleanSweep Smart Sweep-Internet Sweep (optional)
42 AC Plug (what is this? Internet Provider? Let's uncheck it too, and see what it does)
MSMSGS (optional)
StillImageMonitor (Scanner, optional)
QD FastAndSafe (optional)
DownloadAccelerator (optional)
WebCam III (does this need to start up??)
WebCam (Idem)
TrueVector Registry
MiniLog Registry
SymTray - SystemWorks"

Click OK, close Msconfig, and reboot (important!)

The items marked 'optional' aren't neccessary for Windows to run either, or can be easily started up manually when required, and you may experiment later by unchecking them as well.

Now go to Software add/remove and remove Webhancer Agent.

Reboot AGAIN.

Download and install the latest version ofAd-Aware .

After having downloaded AAW, also download the latest Signature file (Reflist.sig) : http://www.lsfileserv.com/aaw/binary/reflist.zip
Unpack it to the Lavasoft Ad-Aware folder in Program Files, and have it overwrite the one that's there.

Then have your drives and registry scanned for spyware, check all found files and reg keys, click continue, and have them removed.
Reboot one last time.

Now have your system scanned on line at Trend Micro HouseCall

Good luck,
