My Acer Aspire (Windows 10) PC is extremely slow and takes ages to load on the web. Not just that, but it takes time to load up web pages, sometimes forcing to refresh pages and closing the browser and opening it up again. Also, sometimes, when I've clicked a web page that I have already used before, it doesn't load up. For Example:

I've opened up gmail/inbox.
Then when I open it up again later, it won't load up.
It will only load up if I use another link to open up Gmail -
If I open a certain email with a link, it will then only open.

Anyone, have any solutions to any of my problems?

First run DISM.exe and then System File Checker.
In the search box type > cmd
Right click on cmd > Select Run as administrator
In the Command Prompt window
Type [copy and paste]
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Press Enter.

Let it run to completion, it may take some time.
After you see a message that says 'The operation completed successfully'
In the Command Prompt window.
Now type [copy and paste] sfc /scannow
Press Enter.
Again let it run until it has completed the scan.

Restart your pc and let us know if it has helped.

We don't know which Internet Service Provider(ISP) you have and what speed plan you have.
We don't know if you're using a wireless connection or a wired ethernet connection.
We don't know what third-party apps are installed and running.
We don't know how well your laptop is maintained.
A combination of any of the above can have a big impact on internet speed and the performance and speed of your laptop.
