Hey everyone

So title is the basic of it but its more specific than that.
The issue is when the laptop is in a state of idle such as used as a media server like PLEX or sitting on the desktop with no music playing (Which is this laptops predominant uses)

If set to screen dim I can resume normally if it is doing something but otherwise most of the time requires me to hold down the power button and reboot everytime

It will wake in and out of sleep and dim mode manually.

Lots of Event Viewer activity but not really sure what im looking for

When the computer is in a complete state of idle such as just sitting on the desktop not playing music or anything and the screen goes off automatically.
For the past couple months as a temporary fix ive just been leaving the screen off set to Never.

But it would nice to have it working
THanks for any help
