Hi there,
Recently moved house and the PC was currently connected through ethernet. Now having to use wi-fi to connect and it did this very briefly and since we can't connect. We have even bought a new WiFi adapter as we thought the issue was there. We have also reset the PC to see if that would reset it if any of the settings have been tampered with. We have reset the router numerous times, "forgotten" the network and tried to reconnect and we have even contacted our provider and changed some settings on the DNS and it still won't connect. All other devices work and the PC will connect to hotspots from our phones. Looking for any suggestions to get it working.

Thank you!

won't connect.
That's not highly informative. :( How about telling us what you do to try to connect and exactly what happens, including any error message(s)?

Also perhaps relevant and necessary for us to know includes operating system, router, wireless adapter, channel and encryption the router is using, channels and encryptions supported by the adapter, and whether there is a line-of-sight path between router and adapter's antenna.
